7 Layer Ombre Cake

Ingredients : For the dough: 1 egg. 150 г. Sugar 30 г. Margarine 1 teaspoon soda 2 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons milk 200 г. Flour walnuts 200g 2 – 3 tablespoons cocoa

For the cream:
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
100g. sugar
300 ml. milk
300 gr. butter
For frosting:
100g chocolate
100g butter’


STEP 1/5

Mix all ingredients except flour,nuts and cocoa and melt over low heat,cook until color changes. Toast the nuts in a dry pan, grind in a coffee grinder until finely ground and combine with the flour. Take the mass for the base off the fire, add the flour, nuts and cocoa, knead the dough.

STEP 2/5

Roll out in batches, cut out equal pancakes 4 – 5 mm and bake on a floured baking sheet very quickly, a couple of minutes. Remove flour from the crusts with a dry brush.
