Banana Cake in Blender
INGREDIENT
Flour 200 gr
Banana 230 gr
Sugar 150 gr
Vegetable oil 80 gr
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 pinch
Baking powder 3 teaspoons
Eggs 3
Butter (for the mold) –
Instructions:

- Blend the sugar and oil: Start by blending sugar and oil until the sugar almost dissolves.
- Add the banana: Gradually add banana to the mixture without turning off the blender.

- Incorporate eggs: Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Prepare dry ingredients: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add sifted flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
- Prep the mold: Before transferring the mixture, brush the mold sides with butter and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Bake to perfection: Preheat the oven to 180°, bake the cake for 30 to 40 minutes, and check for doneness with a toothpick.
